"Great products, but getting access threw me off at first"
I really like Metagenics products, but i was a little caught off guard by the whole professional access thing. I went to order and was like, wait, why can’t I just buy this? Turns out I had to get set up through my provider first before I could purchase certain items. Once that was handled, everything was smooth and checkout was easy. I just wish that part had been explained more clearly upfront. Still a good experience overall.

This has been really helpful for my gluten-free needs. The labels are clear and easy to understand, which is better than a lot of similar options I’ve used. My only complaint is that I wish the vegan filter worked a bit better or was more accurate, but overall it’s been a solid experience

The products do work well for me, so I can’t really complain about the results. That said, the prices are definitely higher than I’d like, and that’s the part that always makes me hesitate before buying again. I’ve tried cheaper brands, and they usually don’t hold up as well, so I still think it’s worth it overall. I just wish it didn’t feel so expensive every time.

So, I got my Metagenics order, everything was totally fine. Like, the items and the amounts were exactly what I picked, no mix-ups or anything like that. The box showed up in good shape too, so yeah, overall it was just a easy order with no real issues

"So far, no stomach issues"
I’ve had supplements mess with my stomach before, so I was kind of expecting that again, but these Metagenics ones have been totally fine so far. I take them with breakfast, usually while I’m half-thinking about everything else I need to do, and I haven’t noticed any bloating or gross aftertaste or anything weird. Shipping was standard, nothing exciting there, but that’s fine. Mostly I’m just glad they don’t make me feel off after taking them. Happy with them.

"Arrived Safe and Sound"
The box showed up looking clean, and by some small miracle, nothing was smashed or destroyed in the process. i opened it expecting chaos, but everything was perfectly fine

"Helpful support, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Metagenics and ended up needing to reach out to support about my account. To be fair, I was probably a little impatient because I needed to get it sorted and I hadn’t left myself much time. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. The person who helped me was polite and got everything taken care of in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish the response had been a little quicker

I order from metagenics every couple months, and most of the stuff I use is usually in stock. Thats the big reason I keep going back, I don’t have to spend time searching all over for it. One item I wanted was out of stock once and it took longer than I expected to come back, so it’s not totally perfect. But overall the availability has been good, and checkout is easy enough...

"Good products, but I’d stick with buying direct"
I’ve always liked Metagenics products, so no complaints there. My hesitation was more with the seller side of things. After I paid, I started second-guessing whether this was an authorized or legit third-party seller, which kind of took away from the experience. I think next time I’ll just order directly from the official site so I don’t have that uneasy feeling. Good product, but the uncertainty makes me take off a star.

"Decent order experience, just a bit clunky"
I ordered from metagenics.com and everything went through without any real problems. The site was a little clunky in a few places, though it wasn’t a huge deal. It just took me a bit longer than expected to find what I was looking for, and checkout was fine, just not super smooth. The shipping info was clear enough, but I would’ve liked a few more updates after placing the order. Overall, it wasn’t bad at all, just not the easiest online ordering experience I’ve had.

I ordered from metagenics.com and the labels were clear enough for me. The supplement facts were easy to read, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the serving size.
The dosage directions were straightfoward too, like how many capsules to take and around when. I do wish a few of the product pages gave a little more info about timing, but it never felt confusing.
Overall, it was a good experiance. Not perfect, but definitely easier to use than a lot of other supplement sites I’ve ordered from.

"Pretty good quality overall"
I’ve been happy with these supplements. They feel like great quality, and I can actually tell a difference after taking them. They also don’t bother my stomach, which is a big plus for me. Ordering was easy too, so no complaints.

"Easy to see what’s actually in it"
I really like that Metagenics makes the ingredient info easy to find. Like, I don’t have to click around forever or guess what’s in a product before buying. The labels and supplement facts are right there, which is a big deal for me because I’m careful about fillers and allergens and all that. Not every site does that, so it just feels more upfront to me. Anyway, that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. 5 stars.

"Convenient refills, but the settings could be smoother"
Overall, the subscription is really handy since my refills just show up without me having to think about it. Compared to a few other services I’ve used, the automatic delivery part works just as well, maybe even a little better. The only thing is changing the delivery dates took more clicks than I expected. It gets the job done, but competitors make that part feel a bit more seamless

The return itself was accepted without any trouble, which I appreciated. The refund, though... it took almost two weeks to show up. Not the worst experience, just slower than I expected.
